18th Annual Garden Festival & Bonsai Show
Flamingo Gardens

Members can contact Marcia about the trees you will bring,
and contact Gail about your volunteer hours.

The annual garden event features a Bonsai Show by the Broward Bonsai Society, along with plant and landscape experts with plants, supplies, garden art and accessories for sale. Demonstrations and lectures take place on various topics throughout the day as well as guided tours through the Botanical Gardens, live performances, food, and Kid's Gardening Zone.

Visit the permanent exhibition at the Nation Bonsai Foundation located on the grounds of the U.S. National Arboretum:


The National Bonsai & Penjing Museum is located on the grounds of the U.S. National Arboretum at 3501 New York Avenue N.E. - Washington D.C. 20002.

The Museum is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The U.S. National Arboretum is open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. daily.  There is no charge for admission to the Arboretum or the Museum.

The Arboretum and the Museum are closed on New Year's Day, Martin Luther King's Birthday, President's Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
